My starfish shots are from recent years, but not that recent. I have noticed on that there seem to be less and less of them, have you heard what is causing this?
Is that your son in the picture, above? I took one of my boys to Shi Shi last year. It was very chilly and foggy (January) as we made our way south along Shi Shi and then Point of the Arches magically appeared through the fog and all of the sudden it was a bluebird day. Right before that we’d even bumped into some good photographer friends of mine. It was just one of those really nice little days! Enjoyed your images, here. Brought back some good memories.
No, that’s my nephew, from 2007. My son is now 9…how old are your boys?
Yes, magical is what I always think about Point of the Arches…the weather is always so fickle, you never know what you’ll get…I look forward to heading back there with my son and some of his friends in the spring…
