Several Questions.: (01) how deep did yo sink into the Sand and Mush…? It is Obvious that you survived.. Moving out into the Mush to capture one more…!..?? (Who helped you out .??), so you could scramble up the Hill to get the “Last one”..???.. How many more “Treasures” are stashed away under Maps, Travel Brochures and Ol’ food wrappers..??? It’s monsoon in Mumbai now – and I captured a similar sunset among the clouds yesterday.
You are right, Andy: Some things in nature simply cannot be faked — and the rich colors of a sunset are near the top of that list. Beautiful composition and perfect metering help a bit too, though. 😉
This is nature at its BEST..some unimaginable hand gave these strokes a new life.If a place to inspire is needed..it has to be this one.
